We had a great day over at Woodsetts Church for our Alpha Holy Spirit Day. We enjoyed great teaching, fun together, intimate worship, prayer ministry and a lovely pub lunch followed by a short walk. About 25 of us spent the day together.
Alpha at Christ Church starts next Wednesday!
invite friends, family, neighbours. It will be a great opportunity. team met Monday evening for some training and we are really expectant that God is going to work in people’s lives. Also consider coming for your own faith if you have felt a bit dry recently or struggling with faith. It’s a great place to come as you are and explore.
Music
We love to worship God in all kinds of different ways at Christ Church. We sometimes use more traditional hymns but also love to worship Jesus with contemporary Christian music. A new band has just started to lead worship in church services.
Alpha course tonight!
